From Questioning, One May Receive Ilm' Laduni, by His Leave
Yusuf : 76
Dengan ilmu, Kami tinggikan pangkat kedudukan sesiapa yang Kami kehendaki, dan tiap-tiap orang yang berilmu, ada lagi di atasnya yang lebih mengetahui
Ilm' Laduni can be attained if certain conditions are fulfilled and the most fundamental mechanism is TAUHID hence Surah An Najm verse 1 tells us that TAUHID which is the highest principle Prophet Muhammad and all Prophets and His awliyaa uphold, one can gain entrance into His treasures of Knowledge, by His leave. ʿIlm Laduni is inseparably linked to tauhid, sincere, discipline, adab and the fear of Ellaha.
Volume 1, Book 3, Number 121: Hadith Sahih Bukhari
Narrated Abu Huraira:
I have memorized two kinds of knowledge from Ellaha's Apostle. I have propagated one of them to you and if I propagated the second, then my pharynx (throat) would be cut (i.e. killed).
Aku telah menghafal dua jenis ilmu daripada Rasulullah. Aku sebar salah satunya kepada mu dan jika aku sebar ilmu yang kedua, maka tekak ku akan di kelar (iaitu dibunuh).
There is knowledge that does not descend through books or tutors nor harvested by arguments, memorization, or debate. It is not acquired; it is "bestowed". The Qur’aan gestures to this hidden "knowing" when it speaks of Khidr >> whom We taught knowledge from Our Presence - Al-Kahf 18 : 65 >> (min ladunnā) unveiled in the nearness of Ellaha.
Verily thou art is under Our eyes - At Tur : 48
But construct an Ark under Our eyes and Our inspiration - Hud : 37
The ark floats under Our eyes - Qamar : 14
Science let phenomenon yield its secrets. Prophets and awliyaa of Ellaha let the Truth be revealed to them : without tutors without books without preceptors >> only you and Him alone! 💞
Ilm Laduni does not announce itself. It leaves no signature imprint nor seeks followers. It is the moment when accumulated knowledge bow down humbly and Al HAQ stood firm, unchanged.
In love, nothing exists between heart and heart. Speech is born out of longing, true description is from the real taste. The one who tastes, knows; the one who explains, lies
¬ Rabia Al Adawiyaa r.a
Do not ask the one who memorized the road
Ask the one whose feet are dusty from the journey
Knowledge is not what is heard
but what transform the heart and soul
from liqaa with Him alone
So take from the one whose inner witnessing is established
for his words rise from what he has tasted and grasps,
As for those who never left the house
they speak from books and schools of thought
guiding by understanding through the ego of aql
while a traveller, is the one whom Light guides
Love and Light 💝
