O' Ye Panic Buyers In Times of Stressful Events

The secret to healing is in the foods He created with His loving hands to feed us and nurture us. In Allah swt I trust, not people. Food is the power of love, energy, light and information. The food He sends down to mankind is magic frequency with highly coherent light information with higher functioning messengers particles performing their duties faithfully and with integrity without deleting an atom's weight of goodness in it. There is immense restorative power in nature therefore, you need natural treatment and prayer and please marry them for your goodness. There is such an intricate connection between the mind and the body. What your body is, so is your mind. You are what you eat.

What we should be eating during this stressful event is to not eat. Go on a fasting mode is good for you because Allah swt says in Hadith Qudsi, the fast (Saum) is for Me and I will reward it. There is such immense benefit and love and rahmah and mercy in fasting if only ye knew. According to research, the more you eat, the harder your pancreas works. Sugar should be off the menu and also meat because they increase triglycerides levels and this boosts the amount of fat in your blood, hence increasing risks for acute pancreatitis. Research also shows that meat and red meat increases pancreatic cancer risks. And by the way, illness, chronic or mild is not pre-ordained by Allah swt. It is you who harm your own soul! O' ye who believe, follow the sunnah of the Holy Prophet Muhammad saw on all the lawful things he eat that ye may benefit His nikmat.

Shaikh Qadir Jilani, a Sufi saint, may Allah swt be pleased with him said, whosoever eats out of greed, desire and lust, eats too much, drinks too much and sleep too much, all GOODNESS disappears from him. And whoever eats little from unlawful things is like one who has eaten a lot from permissible things out of greed because an unlawful things beclouds the faith and darkens it. And when faith is darkened, there is no prayer, no worship, no sincerity! 

When Covid-19 pandemic befall Malaysia and MCO was announced, my first thought was not food, and you shouldn't too. The first thing you should do is to take ablution and solat 2 rakaah and humble yourself to Him seeking His mercy and forgiveness and affirm Oneness with Absolute faith and certainty. Secondly, zikr (tasbih, zikr and tahmid) a lot and I mean a lot. Zikr raises the body's vibration to a much higher frequency. Viruses live in the lower frequency world. All diseases and sickness belong to the lower world.

Fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices and living organism that is in the environment that can heal our gut should be the most sought after in times of this stressful event. There is an 'exquisitely potent" antibodies engineered in the human body and eat right to keep it potent! The one food that should not be missed a single day is fermented vegetables. There are living organisms Allah swt created in space-time continuum for the benefit of man. These living organisms are full of light information that can restore your body to health especially the gut and it must be preserved and nurtured through divine nature to its Wholeness. DNA and gut bacteria drives your body to health and psychology. 

Tiny living organisms or the good bacteria living in your gut has the ability to control the activity of your DNA. In an international study published in Nature Microbiology by University of Bristol found that "specific changes in DNA affected both the existence and amount of a particular bacteria in the gut." A bacteria can secrete a molecule acting like a key that enabled them to turn genes "on" and "off."   

But not all of us are able to eat fermented foods, because "one's person food is another person's poison" Joshua Rosenthal. You need to listen to what your body says and you must keep a diary on what foods you take and how your body behave thereafter. That is the reason why Allah swt says which means, "Allah giveth manifold increase to whom He pleaseth" Surah Al Baqarah 261.


Thirdly, take care of your immune system. Arabic Gum plays a pivotal role in regulating immune response. Also, grab lots of cabbage, the greens the purples and start fermenting. Look for organic. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT buy cabbage, garlic from China. Before you buy anything from the market, you must do a lot of research. Avoid GMOs, pesticides etc. You can also ferment chilies, garlic, cucumber and the like. Eat one tablespoon a day of fermented cabbage and it will provide you with billions of good bacteria. Watch carefully for bad bacteria during fermentation. Discard fermented vegetable totally if you find them go bad. I go for Himalayan Salt for all of my fermenting. Before fermentation, soak all vegetables in water + vinegar and also scrub them with soda bicarbonate to clean them from pesticides. You can learn all of these on the You Tube channels. Please always Read! Remember, knowledge is power.

Fourth is YOGURT. I make my own from goat's milk and sometimes coconut milk. But now I go for Kefir, which is the best. I use Cayenne Pepper, Turmeric Powder and Sarawak Pepper (organic, 100% plant based and non GMO) and sprinkle on my Yogurt. (Cayenne Pepper is a no no for those taking blood thinning medication - consult your doctor before taking).

Eggs, tofu, onions, salads and tomatoes are my grabs. I use coconut oil for cooking (organic, pure, 100% Plant Based, cold pressed). Olive Oil is hard to purchase because you need to buy genuine, organic, cold pressed and the date of production should not be more than 1 year. I suggest you go for Palestinian Olive Oil because they are authentic. 

Tomatoes when fried/boil etc. releases a compound called Lycopene which is a very powerful antioxidant. The longer you fry, the more it releases Lycopene. Herbs and Spices can be sprinkled to add nutritional value to it and they possesses healing properties. Basically, I would always brunch and hi-tea: black or green tea without sugar and eat dried organic fruits. For dinner, I become a pauper, which means, I always sleep on an empty stomach. Replenish your body with water if you feel hungry instead of eating. Fruit and vegetable smoothies or cucumber water with lemons or just plain water of which you can add lemon and pudina leaves is truly refreshing. 

Vegetables, fruits, herbs and spices - what a beautiful and lovely combination and I eat with so much love I have for Allah swt and thanking Him in my mind for nurturing my body with His Unconditional Love, every time. Keeping our body safe from harm is an act of obedience and gratitude. We are actually saying "thank you Allah swt" for the nikmat He has bestowed upon us. And for that act of gratitude, He will bless our body with more and more rahmah.


Rice should be non GMO. Most products from Thailand are GMOs. Eat whole meal bread instead of white bread (sourdough is the best) and also eat grains for protein. Apart from that you should take fruits: banana, oranges, papaya, watermelon etc. There is zero meat in my menu, like the Gorilla, I go for plants, fruits and grains. I trust the ocean but humans using their Free Will has destroyed its treasure therefore I don't eat much seafood.

Read labels on fruits, vegetables etc. All GMO products are coded as 8 in front of the barcode. Corn oil, Mazola and vegetable oils are mostly GMOs.

Eat less. There is a saying, "eat breakfast like a King, lunch like a Queen and dinner like a pauper." 

If you are taking any medication, its best that you should consult your doctor about what's best for you.

Therefore, O' ye who believe! Eat foods that Allah swt has designed for you and stop eating foods that are DEAD.
